NU Online News Service, Oct. 2, 3:56 p.m. – Most U.S. workers believe they should try to be good health care consumers, according to survey results from KRC Research, Washington.
The researchers who conducted the survey, which was sponsored by the managed care unit of CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, interviewed 750 U.S. workers in August.
The researchers found that 92% of the respondents said it was important to be more informed as health care consumers.
