ING expands FIA market

Three new fixed index annuities make up ING USA Annuity and Life Insurance Company’s family of ING Envoy annuities. All three FIAs feature withdrawal flexibility based on what the company calls “windows of opportunity,” which allow full or partial withdrawals without paying surrender charges or incurring market value adjustments. Each annuity allows free withdrawals of up to 10 percent of the accumulation value each year after the first year.

ING Envoy Three allows full or partial withdrawals without surrender charge or market value adjustment within a 30-day window at the end of the third and sixth years. ING Envoy Six allows such withdrawals within a 30-day window at the end of the sixth contract year. ING Envoy Nine provides full access to the account value at the end of the ninth year.
