A United Kingdom financial services giant has named a new manager for its U.S. life insurance affiliate.[@@]
The financial services company, Old Mutual P.L.C., London, has promoted Vic Lumby to senior vice president and chief operating officer of Old Mutual Financial Network, Baltimore.
Lumby succeeds Mike O’Brien, who is leaving to lead an agency services arm at Hooper Holmes Inc., Basking Ridge, N.J.
Lumby previously was the chief information officer at Old Mutual’s business in South Africa. Lumby has been working for Old Mutual since 1969.
