Computer Sciences Gets Five-Year Uniformed Services Contract

NU Online News Service, Aug. 19, 2003, 1:21 p.m. EDT – The Uniformed Services Benefit Association, Kansas City, Mo., has awarded a five-year contract to Computer Sciences Corp., El Segundo, Calif.

Computer Sciences will supply and manage the software used to run the association’s group life program.

The association sells insurance and other financial products to military personnel, veterans and their families.

The association will use Computer Sciences systems to organize marketing campaigns, process applications, administer policies, bill customers and adjudicate claims, Computer Sciences says.
