NU Online News Service, July 22, 5:15 p.m. – Alexander Key Investments, a retail brokerage unit of SunTrust Banks Inc., Atlanta, has opened a new office in Richmond, Va., with eight advisors.
David Lanshe, a senior vice president at Alexander Key, will run the new office.
Alexander Key Investments also has offices in Atlanta and Nashville, Tenn.. It is planning to add offices in Washington; Miami; Orlando, Fla.; Jacksonville, Fla.; and the Tampa, Fla., area.
SunTrust formed Alexander Key Investments from a Richmond, Va., Alex. Brown office, acquired from Deutsche Bank in May. The firm’s services include asset management, financial and estate planning, mutual funds, insurance, annuities, alternative investments, investment banking and corporate retirement planning.
