NU Online News Service, May 8, 4:53 p.m. – John Hancock Financial Services Inc., Boston, has developed the Comprehensive Estate Tax and Income Analysis software.

Advisors can use the CETIA software to show clients how their retirement arrangements will interact with their estate planning arrangements, Hancock says.

Hancock is distributing an Excel-based version of the software through CD-Roms and through its Web site.

The company will be introducing a version of CETIA that runs on its own Web site later this year.
