Brookfield Tackles Modern Office Design

LOS ANGELES—Brookfield Property Partners, an owner and operator of high-quality office properties globally, has launched DesignHive by Brookfield, an office suite collection that showcases modern office design. Six Los Angeles-based architectural firms designed the 3,500- to 4,500-square-foot office suites at Brookfield’s Wells Fargo Center-South Tower and Gas Co. Tower in Downtown Los Angeles. The firms were asked to create progressive office environments for specific industries. The office suites are currently under development, and will be unveiled in early 2015. In the meantime, we sat down with John Barganski, SVP of leasing for the western region for Brookfield Property Partners, to talk about the new program and Brookfield’s interest in progressive office space.
