Lowe's Marketplace Trades for $9M

WEST BRIDGEWATER, MA-Atlantic Realty is selling Lowe’s Marketplace to 379 Fifth Avenue Realty Corp. for $8.93 million. The 177,448-square-foot shopping center was completed in 2007 and boasts 100% occupancy.

The retail complex is anchored by its namesake–Lowe’s Home Improvement–and Chili’s restaurant, along with Mansfield bank. The lot totals 26.44 acres with all businesses on long term NNN ground leases. The center–750 West Center St.–sits on Route 106 at exit 16 off Route 24.
