Booz Allen Renews Lease for 21,000 SF

EATONTOWN, NJ-Booz Allen & Hamilton has renewed its lease for 20,635 sf of office space at the PRC Business Centre in this Monmouth County community. With the extension, the international consulting firm’s term at the complex “will span 15 years at completion,” according to Joel S. Brudner, executive vice president and CFO of the PRC Group, owner of the property.

Greg Nowell of the Sitar Group-Oncor International, along with the Baltimore office of Trammell Crow Co. represented the tenant in the transaction, while PRC, which is headquartered in nearby West Long Branch, NJ, was represented in-house. Further terms of the signing were not disclosed.

The PRC Business Centre is a three-building, 84,000-sf office campus. “Booz Allen had many alternatives but chose this location for its park-like setting and corporate accommodations,” according to Brudner.
