Friedman Oversees One Sale, Two Leases in Detroit Suburbs

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-Friedman Real Estate Group has overseen the recent sale of a 40,656-sf outlot at the northeast corner of Baldwin and Maybee Road in Orion Township, MI. Bank One purchased the land parcel for $800,000 as part of a new 78,000-sf retail strip center development called Orion Village Crossing, which is currently owned and under construction by Tony Ferlito Construction Co. Friedman’s Barry Landau represented the seller, Tony Ferlito, in this transaction.

Other recent activity by Friedman also includes two leases in the Detroit suburbs. In Auburn Hills, Andrews Hooper & Pavlik PLC leased 3,755 sf at 3201 University Drive. Friedman’s Eric Banks and Roxanne Larson represented the landlord, AMG LLC, in leasing the office space. The newly constructed office building is now 95% occupied.

In Novi, Paragon Machine Tool Sales LLC Inc. leased 5,105 sf of light industrial space at 24404 Catherine Industrial Drive, in a move to accommodate company growth. Friedman’s Jim Roberts represented the tenant, Paragon Machine Tool Sales LLC, and Glenn DesRosiers represented the landlord, Novawest Limited Partnership, in the deal.
