Weichert Marketing 113,000 SF of Industrial Space

PARSIPPANY, NJ-Weichert Commercial Brokerage’s industrial division has gotten the assignment to fill a total of 113,454 sf of industrial space at 2 Cranberry Rd. here. The asset totals just over 204,000 sf and is situated on a 10-acre site, according to Ronald M. Mahr, executive vice president of the Morris Plains, NJ-based Weichert Commercial and head of the firm’s industrial division.Heading the effort to find tenants are senior vice presidents Kevin Hanlon and David Fisher and vice president George Simson. “There are five individual units currently available, ranging in size from 12,600 sf to 33,698 sf,” according to Hanlon. “Each of the five individual units being offered can also be combined into 113,454 sf of contiguous space.”

The building, which is located near I-80, I-287 and Route 46 in Northern New Jersey, has such amenities as 18- to 22-ft ceilings, two parking spaces per 1,000 sf, tailboards, kitchenettes and private offices, according to Hanlon.
