Condo Tower Planned for North Bay Village

MIAMI-Blue Bay Tower, a new 16-story, 35-residence condominium tower, is planned for 7927 to 7929 West Drive in North Bay Village between Miami and Miami Beach.

The two- and three-bedroom residences will range in size from 1,334 sf to 1,771 sf. Pre-construction unit prices range from $333,900 to more than $500,000. The two penthouses are 2,019 sf and 2,065 sf and are pre-construction priced at $757,900 and $774, 900, respectively.

Blue Bay Tower will be a boutique-style building. The property will feature three residences per floor and two penthouses. Amenities will include a custom-designed solid oak kitchen and a master bath with marble flooring. In addition, 10 private boat slips will be available.

Berardo Dujovne, an Argentinean architect, has designed the condo tower as his first project in the United States. Dujovne has created many award-winning projects in South America.

Blue Bay Tower, to be surrounded by Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, is being developed with a local partner. An on-site sales center has opened at 7929 West Drive.
