Residential Supplier Heads Into Chandler Creek

AUSTIN-Chandler Creek Business Park gets a new tenant as Finer Living Distributors preps to move into 11,520 sf at the Round Rock development, more than doubling its current space. The deal, which has a term of three years, takes occupancy to 40,000 sf in the 160,000-sf park.

Jerry Heare and Casey Borgers, both of NAI Commercial Industrial Properties Co., represented the development’s owner, Burke Real Estate Group.

Finer Living Distributors sells products for the exteriors of new homes, according to John Quirk, the company’s sales manager. Its products include windows, doors and roofing materials. The company’s new space includes a 2,200-sf showroom, set to open by Oct. 15, and 1,000 sf of office space.

The Chandler Creek location give Finer Living easier access to its suppliers and customers, Quirk says. The company exits 5,500 sf at 11220 Bluff Bend, near the intersection of Interstate 35 and Braker Lane in Austin. Besides the four buildings currently on the site, Chandler Creek has 135 acres for development.
