Enterprise Plaza Lands Three Tenants

SAN DIEGO, CA-Three tenants have inked separate leases worth a combined $1.5 million for office space in Mission Valley’s Enterprise Plaza complex. They will take a total of 18,513 sf in the property, which stands at 2810-2820 Camino del Rio South.

In the largest of the three deals, FGM Inc. has signed an $804,420 lease for office space here. According to the terms of the five-year agreement, the computer systems and integration development firm will occupy 7,661 sf. Ken Kisbert of Burnham Real Estate Services acted on behalf of both FGM and the lessor, San Diego Enterprise Plaza LLC.

Kisbert also represented San Diego Enterprise Plaza LLC in the other two transactions, which involved a computer training company and a mortgage brokerage firm. The computer training company, DataTech Training and Consulting Inc., has inked a three-year lease for 5,688 sf here. Kisbert acted on behalf of DataTech in the $362,232 transaction. Separately, brokerage firm Millennium National Mortgage has signed a 32-month, $296,043 agreement for 5,164 sf here. Millennium was represented in-house in the transaction.
