Eclipse Relocates to Foothill Ranch

FOOTHILL RANCH, CA-The manufacturer of laser-based surgical products moves its offices from San Jose, signing a $2.5-million lease for 17,845 sf at Town Centre Drive.

FOOTHILL RANCH, CA-Eclipse Surgical Technologies has inked a $2.5-million lease for 17,845 sf in Foothill Ranch. The manufacturer of laser-based surgical products already has moved its offices to the new space from San Jose.

The company’s new address is 26632 Town Centre Dr. CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of Eclipse, which develops, manufactures and markets laser-based surgical products and disposable fiber-optic accessories for treatment of advanced cardiovascular disease. The brokers were Rick Sherburne, Travis Boyd and Jeff Moore.

Foothill Ranch and the surrounding regions of Lake Forest and Rancho Santa Margarita kicked off the fourth quarter with the highest vacancy levels in Orange County’s office sector. This area had the highest recorded overall vacancy rate of 37.6% at the close of the third quarter.
