Bloomfield Joins Denvale

LONDON-Tim Bloomfield has been appointed Acquisitions Director at trade park specialist Denvale. He plans to acquire around £50 million ($73.5 million) of sites over the next two to three years, primarily in Greater London, the Home Counties and South West England.

Bloomfield is taking over the role of the late Dennis Beadle, who died in June. Beadle founded Denvale in 1997, and developed a £50million ($73.5 million) development programme totalling 400,000 with trade parks at Basingstoke, Bristol, Cardiff, Crawley, Merton and Newbury. A seventh scheme is under development in Salisbury.

Bloomfield is an ex-Chairman of the Industrial Agents Society. His 20-year career as an agent took him to Clive Lewis & Partners, Colliers Erdman Lewis and Fletcher King. He will remain as a consultant to Fletcher King.
