Ryan Promotes Property Administrator

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA-Ryan Cos. recently promoted Amanda McKnight to property administrator in its office here. McKnight’s duties include budgeting for properties, tenant relations, lease documentation, marketing and special events.

McKnight has worked with Ryan Companies in Cedar Rapids for two years, has seven years of property management experience and holds an Iowa real estate license. McKnight also is avolunteer on the Renaissance Group Program Committee, a group that is committed to planning activities that draw people to Downtown Cedar Rapids.

Ryan is a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate firm offering integrated design-build and development as well as asset, property and facilities management services tocustomers.

Ryan has offices in, Chicago, Phoenix and Des Moines, IA.
