YHD Realty Sets Alliance for Online Listings

WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ-The Web-based real estate agency has teamed with Virginia-based HarmonHomes.com to provide up to 1,000 property listings a week. HarmonHomes.com is a provider of online real estate classifieds.

WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ-YHD Realty, the fast-growing online real estate agency based here, has teamed with HarmonHomes.com in a new strategic alliance. Under the agreement, YHD will provide about 1,000 property listings per week to be posted on the HarmonHomes.com Web site. When YHD listings appear in HarmonHomes.com search results, interested homebuyers will have the option of clicking on a link to more detailed information on HarmonHomes.com, or clicking on a link to YHD’s home page.

“This arrangement will increase our listings database, making it even more complete,” according to HarmonHomes.com general manager Rick Murchake. “Increasing our database is a top priority for us.

“Harmon Homes magazine and HarmonHomes.com have historic strongholds in the New Jersey market,” Murchake continues. “In fact, New Jersey is the third most-searched state for real estate listings on HarmonHomes.com.”

Based in Virginia Beach, VA, HarmonHomes.com is a provider of online real estate classifieds. The operation is a division of Trader Publishing Co. and part of Trader’s family of more than 20 Web sites.
