Bonnis Lands Tenants for Granville Project

VANCOUVER, WA-Bonnis Properties says it has additional tenants for its retail project in one of the city’s most popular shopping areas – the 800 block of Granville Street.

Café Crepe and Dayton Shoes will be opening later this year in the soon-to-be rehabilitated State Hotel adjacent to the Orpheum Theatre. In addition, Body One, a French lingerie company with over 40 stores worldwide recently opened just north of the Commodore Building.

“We are extremely pleased with the caliber of retailers that we have already secured for both these developments,” said Kerry Bonnis, project leader “With its high foot traffic and affordable rental rates, it is an attractive alternative to many retailers that would normally be expected to locate on Robson Street or in Pacific Centre.”
