ATLANTA-ADVO, a locally-based national direct-mail marketing firm, is moving its 100 employees in April from its current 115,000-sf location in Fulton County to a new $5.5-million facility at Riverside Business Park in Austell, south Cobb County, about 20 miles west of Downtown.

The firm is leasing the entire 144,500-sf building from developer Crescent Resources Inc. for 11 years at an estimated cost of $8 million.

Rental rates in the area are $5.50 per sf to $6.50 per sf. Sean Boswell and Mike Spears of Colliers Cauble represented ADVO.
