Energy Firm Eyes 2001 Expansion, Takes 18,500 SF in The Offices at Brookhollow

ARLINGTON, TX-Expansion plans for Tenaska Inc., based in Arlington, get a jumpstart with the signing of an 18,500-sf lease at The Offices of Brookhollow. The firm will be vacating smaller quarters in the city's Bank of America building.

ARLINGTON, TX-Tenaska Inc., an Arlington-based energy services company, has signed for 18,500 sf of office space at The Offices at Brookhollow, 1701 E. Lamar Blvd.

The operation is relocating from the Bank of America building in north Arlington. Tenaska is planning to expand its energy trading and services operations in the coming year. SCM Real Estate Services, based in Arlington, has represented Tenaska and Poynter Scifres Co. has acted on behalf of the building owner, 1701 Lamar Ltd.
