Coldwell Banker Commercial Lands Deal in Bedford

KATONAH, NY-Coldwell Banker Commercial, NRT in Katonah reports it is in negotiations on several large retail deals in the town of Bedford in Westchester County.

KATONAH, NY-Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, based here, has been named leasing agent for a proposed 84,000 sf retail center in Bedford, NY in Westchester County at the Harris Road extension (intersection of Harris Road and Adams Street).

Barry Synnott, a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, notes that Coldwell helped lease up an existing 27,000-sf retail property nearby for local developer Bob Vossi. Currently, Vossi has obtained preliminary site plan approval for the new retail center and is in the approval process for final site plan approval.

Meanwhile, Synnott reveals that a 15,000 sf lease at the retail center is under contract. In addition, deals for 20,000 sf and 24,0000 sf are in negotiations.
