Pico Rivera Biz Center Signs New Tenants

LOS ANGELES-Two leases worth a combined $8.7 million have been signed for buildings inside the Pico Rivera Business Center.

A New Jersey-based manufacturer of metal fasteners has signed a $4.4-million, 10-year lease for 75,116 sf inside the business complex. Located at 8750 Rex Rd., the building will be used as office and warehouse space by tenant Heads and Threads.

The other building, encompassing 111,384 sf, will be used by furniture maker Studio RTA as its corporate headquarters. The seven-year lease for the building, at 8700 Rex Rd., is valued at $4.3 million.

The Anaheim office of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the owner, City of Industry-based Majestic Realty Co./AMB, in both transactions. CB Richard Ellis represented Studio RTA and Fremont Properties represented tenant Heads and Threads.
