BEDMINSTER, NJ-Sprint PCS and SAS Institute have both occupied space at Advance Realty Group’s Advance at Bedminster for some time. Currently in an expansion mode, both have now taken space in the developer’s newer Advance at Bedminster II.

At the property, Sprint PCS has leased a total of 19,130 sf, which the company will use as a regional sales and training office. Philip Leibow of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the telecom company in the transaction.

Similarly, SAS Institute, a data and voice transmission company, has taken 18,248 sf on two floors. Howard Sadkin of Corporate Realty Advisors represented the tenant. Frank Pratt, VP of business development, was the rep for the Bedminster-based Advance Realty Group in both transactions.
