ATLANTA-The 50-story, 1.1 million-sf One Atlantic Center is looking at 10 floors housing 220,00 sf of vacant contiguous space when Coca-Cola Co. leaves by the end of December for new offices in Glenlake at suburban Sandy Springs, 15 miles from Downtown.

The 13-year-old building isn’t expected to have much trouble filling the void in a tight Midtown market, however. The building’s current occupancy is 99.5%. Rents are $25 per sf to $30 per sf.

The law firm of Alston & Bird already has renewed its 10-year, 230,000-sf lease on 10 other floors. InfraStream has moved its corporate offices from Buckhead into 22,000 sf at One Atlantic Center.

Sumitomo Life Realty owns the landmark asset which it bought in 1989.
