Northland Park Development Gets New Tenant

KANSAS CITY, NORTH- B.A. Karbank & Co. leases second of twin buildings to Penske Logistics. Construction to begin on additional buildings.

KANSAS CITY, NORTH-Penske Logistics has leased the second of the twin buildings built by Barney Karbank in the Northland Park development. The two bulk warehouses are located at 3850 N. Kimball Drive in Kansas City, North.

The 108,000 square foot building has 32-foot ceilings and cross dockdistribution capability, which was ideal for the needs of Penske’sdelivery needs, according to Jack Allen, with B.A. Karbank & Co.

Completed more than a year ago, the building was formerly leased on a short-term basis. This month, Karbank will begin construction on twoadditional buildings in Northland Park along Missouri Highway 210.
