Opus Group to Construct New 250,000 SF Campus

EWING, NJ-The project, consisting of two new 125,000-square-foot buildings for Church & Dwight Co., will be the fourth in the PrincetonSouth Corporate Center.

EWING, NJ-Minneapolis-based construction and development firm the Opus Group were awarded a contract to design and build a new 250,000-square-foot corporate headquarters campus for household manufacturer Church & Dwight Co. Inc. at PrincetonSouth Corporate Center, the company announced in a statement. The project will be the fourth in the 104-acre, $230 million complex about 10 miles southwest of Princeton.

The campus–located off Interstate 95–will include two 125,000-square-feet class A office buildings that will be designed and constructed with sustainable practices and elements, the company says. An investment group led by Founders Properties, LLC will own the building under a long-term lease with Church & Dwight.
