NEW YORK CITY-The West Chelsea residential market remains unfazed by the housing crash with close to 30 residential projects completed in the last four years.

The last four years has witnessed the development of a number of public spaces, warehouse conversions, hotels, new buildings and galleries in West Chelsea all designed by famous architects such as Richard Meier, Frank Gehry, Annabelle Selldorf and Jean Nouvel.
