43 Constitution Lands Two Renewals

BEDFORD, NH-Two tenants here at 43 Constitution Dr. are renewing for a combination of 25,500 square feet. Paychex, a payroll company, is keeping its 13,162 square feet, while Northeast Planning Associates is remaining in its 12,365 square feet.

GFI Partners is the landlord of the property and was represented in both renewals by Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester, NH brokerage team. Paychex was repped by Matt Toolin of Sperry Van Ness and Todd Smith of Acclaim Group.

“As we continue to hire good financial planners and advisors and expand our business in the New England region, we have found 43 Constitution Dr. to be a convenient location for our employees and clients,” says Michale Hartment of Northeast Planning, in a statement. “We look forward to continuing our strong presence in Constitution Business Park.”

The property spans 64,400 square feet located at the intersection of Routes 101 and 114. Recently, there were several improvements made to the building including lobby renovation, and new first-floor bathroom, exterior lighting upgrades and new landscaping.
