Kettler Expands Beyond Mid-Atlantic

MCLEAN, VA-Like many developers in this economy Kettler has been focusing on building up its third party services. The company, known for its multifamily footprint here, is now expanding its property management services division beyond its Mid-Atlantic origins to include the New York City-area.

The company recently won an assignment from Trammell Crow Residential: the Alexan Cityview–a 544-unit class A apartment property currently under construction in Bayonne, NJ. Kettler Management will provide management, marketing and maintenance services, including leasing, marketing and operations.

“With this expansion, Kettler is no longer exclusively a Washington, DC-area real estate company,” Cindy Clare, CPM, president of Kettler Management, says in a prepared statement. Kettler did not return a call to GlobeSt.com in time for publication.

Projects still under development by Kettler include Millennium at Metropolitan Park project–a 300-unit, high-rise luxury building in Pentagon City that is part of a multi-phase project in which the company plans to erect eight apartment buildings encompassing 3,200 units.
