DP Partners Buys 100,000-SF Asset

HARRISBURG-DP Partners has purchased a new 100,000-sf flex office/warehouse facility. The new owner is starting out with two leases in hand to fill 12,000 sf.

The LogistiCourt at Derry Street, completed in July, boasts an 18-foot clear height, gas-fired heating units and a dock and drive-in door for every 4,000 sf. Situated at 7917 Derry St., it is close to interstates 81, 83, 283 and 76. DP’s spokeswoman cited the property’s location near major arteries and building quality as the main reasons that why DP chose to buy it from locally based Triple Crown Corp.

DP was represented in the transaction by Julie Trogner, an associate broker with RSR Realtors. Trogner also represented DP in the two lease transactions and is the asset’s leasing agent. Triple Crown was represented in house.

DP, which bought the building vacant, already has signed two leases. Ace Mobility Products LLC, based in Indianapolis, will take 8,000 sf to house its regional office, showroom and service facility. The lease includes 3,500 sf of office space. A second lease, 4,000 sf, was signed with Pyramid Construction Services Inc. Both companies will move into their spaces in September.
