Private Investor Takes 76,000-SF Building

MILLBURN, NJ-A local group picks up the asset at 21-27 Bleeker St. here in a deal arranged by Weichert Commercial. An engineering firm occupies the premises.

MILLBURN, NJ-The 76,000-sf office complex at 21-27 Bleeker St. here has been sold to a local private investor by Bleeker Properties, LLC, another local group. Built in 1980, the property consists of two connected two-story buildings.

The deal was arranged for the buyer by Aaron Mittleman, vice president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc., Morris Plains. Terms and the sale price were not disclosed. “Aaron was able to achieve each customer’s needs in this transaction,” says John G. Udell, president of WCB.

The complex is currently fully leased to Hatch Mott MacDonald Inc., an engineering firm. The tenant’s lease on the site has eight years to run.
