Nearly 500,000-SF Office Portfolio Sale Tops $97M

MIAMI-Met Life acquires the three-building Atrium Buildings at Waterford from TIAA. The assets are within the Waterford at Blue Lagoon Office Park.

MIAMI-In a deal that rings up at nearly $97.5 million, Teachers Insurance Annuity Association has sold the Atriums Buildings at Waterford to Met Life. The three-building, class A office portfolio totals 494,746 sf.

The office assets were developed between 1991 and 1996. The tenant roster includes Bank of America, the Discovery Channel Latin America, the Ford Motor Co. and Oracle Corp. Located in the Waterford at Blue Lagoon Office Park, Atrium Buildings at Waterford is near Miami International Airport and fronts the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836).
