Krueger Food Labs Takes 8,525 SF of Flex Space

BILERICA, MA- Krueger Food Laboratories, Inc., a food testing and consulting firm, has inked a deal on 8,525 sf of space at 45 Manning Rd. The deal will relocate the company from its Cambridge location to the first floor in the 43,308 sf two-story flex building.

“The tenant’s requirements perfectly fit this unique space and the landlord’s flexibility in quickly phasing the tenant into part of the space were important factors in making the transaction come together,” says David Gilkie, with Nordblom Corfac International, of Burlington, who along with Greg Lovely, also with Nordblom Corfac, handled the transaction for the landlord, Crosstown Ventures III, LLC.

Krueger Food Laboratories serves as a resource to the food industry by assisting in the detection and control of impure and mislabeled food items and conducts nutritional analysis and other technical services for the food and related industries.

Ben Coffin, with Meredith & Grew’s Boston office, handled the negotiations for Krueger Food Laboratories. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
