31,980-SF Claymoore Park Sells in One Day

HOUSTON-In a 24-hour turnaround from listing to offer, local developer Rolamar Ltd. sold the 31,980-sf Claymoore Park, a two-building warehouse property, to a Northern California investor who lobs an offer close to the $2.15-million ask.

Terrance Gohen took title to the fully leased development at 3003-3009 Claymoore Park Dr. from Walter Hecht, owner of Rolamar. “We had this one day on the market and it sold at once,” says Jeff Barbles, investment associate with the national office and industrial properties group of Marcus & Millchap’s Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.’s Houston office.

Barbles, along with Marcus & Millichap Houston office’s Rob Chandler, represented Rolamar while Monte Lowery, also with & Millichap in Houston, negotiated on the buyer’s behalf. “The seller was taking advantage of the market and he got a very quick turnaround,” Barbles tells GlobeSt.com.
