Boeing Sells 39 acres to Homebuilder

MUKILTEO, WA-Boeing Realty Corp. has sold 39.5 acres of surplus property near its operations plants here to a residential developer. The buyer, Harbour Pointe LLC, plans to subdivide the property into 109 residential lots. Mike Miller of Harbour Pointe LLC describes the property as “the last significant parcel in the area.” The property will be master planned and surrounded by a green belt, he says. Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2006.The site is bordered by Harbour Pointe Boulevard to the north. It is in close proximity to Boeing’s 7E7, 747, 767 and 777 operations plant.
