Densmore Shifts Focus to Signature's Commercial Division

ORLANDO-James K. Densmore, a hospitality and restaurant industry professional for 16 years, has decided wearing too many hats can be weighty and often time-consuming. So the broker is giving up his branch manager responsibilities at Signature GMAC Real Estate’s Bay Hill/Southwest Orlando operations to spend full time as head of Signature Realty & Development.

“It will be nice to wear just one hat again and focus on what I do best,” Densmore tells GlobeSt.com. He spent eight years splitting his time between the firm’s commercial real estate activities and branch administrative duties. At Signature Realty & Development, Densmore will work with sales partner William Pellatt and company vice president Byron Carter.

Lester Salisbury, an 18-year professional with a background in general real estate activities and new homes sales in Florida and Massachusetts, replaces Densmore as branch manager in the Bay Hill office. Signature Realty & Development is based in the Millenia Lakes Office Center near the 1.3-million-sf Mall at Millenia in southwest Orlando.

Densmore says Signature GMAC is Central Florida’s largest locally owned and operated real estate company with eight offices and 200 sales agents.
