Consulting Firm Takes 11,800 SF in Tysons

TYSONS CORNER, VA-The Wexford Group International has decided to forsake its current locale on Old Courthouse Rd. in Vienna for an 11,800-sf space at the office building at 8618 Westwood Center Dr. The management and technical consulting firm will be neighbors with the likes of policy analysis group the Potomac Foundation and architectural firm Blueprint Technologies Inc.

Terms of Wexford’s lease with property owner Atlantic Realty Cos.–which acquired the property in February–have not been disclosed; however, space in the building is marketed for $22.50 per sf. The 20-year-old office facility at 8618 Westwood Center sits within close proximity to I-495 and the Dulles Toll Rd.

“This property has an outstanding location that provides quick access to Washington, DC and surrounding jurisdictions, Dulles International Airport and a variety of housing choices,” Atlantic Realty partner Charles K. Nulsen III says. “It’s perfect for tenants who want all the advantages of a Tysons Corner location.” Wexford tells GlobeSt.com that the company will move to its new home before year’s end.
