Video Firm Becomes Owner-User

ANAHEIM, CA-Video Equipment Rentals, a nationwide provider of equipment for professionals in the audio-visual field, has become an owner-user with its purchase of a 12,480-sf industrial facility at 1655 Claudina Way.Paul Gingrich of GVA Daum’s Anaheim office reports that VER paid $1.5 million for its new facility, which it plans to occupy this month in a move from a leased building nearby in Anaheim. Gingrich represented VER, with Jim Keane of Keane and Associates representing the seller, Claudina Way Associates. The new rental center for VER occupies a site of approximately one-half acre that is approximately one block from the Santa Ana (5) Freeway. The concrete tilt up building features a fenced yard, approximately 1,500 sf of office space, and ample on-site parking.VER has been in business for more than 20 years and specializes in providing a wide range of new technology for audio-visual professionals. The company is based in Burbank and maintains offices in 10 other U.S. cities.
