Keller Williams Doubles Office Size

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO-The Highlands Ranch Market Center of Keller Williams has leased 12,000 sf at 200 W. Plaza Dr., Suite 200. The new office is double the size of Keller Williams’ current space at 300 W. Plaza, which it claims makes it the largest and most visible real estate office in Highlands Ranch, a 22,000-acre master-planned community in Douglas County.

“We have grown from 30 agents five years ago to about 200 this year,” says Grant Dolby, team leader of the Highlands Ranch Market Center. “We continue to attract top-producing agents. Our office consistently ranks as one of Keller Williams’ most productive offices.”
