$5.3M Financing Set for Portfolio

EDISON, NJ-The New Jersey office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has arranged $5.3 million in permanent financing for the Hampshire Cos. Main Street Portfolio, a group of mixed-use properties totaling 50,000 sf in Morris and Somerset counties. The deal was arranged by HFF senior director Jon Mikula. No further financial details of the transaction were released.

For the Morristown, NJ-based Hampshire Cos., the assets covered include small downtown properties in Bernardsville, Mendham and Far Hills, NJ tenanted by a mix of multifamily, retail and professional office users. The portfolio’s assets include 15 W. Main St. in Mendham, NJ, a three-building complex acquired last year.

Also acquired last year was the Far Hills Mall, a community shopping center that has the US Postal Service as its lead tenant. Additional properties in the Main Street Portfolio are located in Bernardsville, NJ.
