Korpecz to Speak on 2003 'Emerging Trends'

PORTLAND-"The Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2003" has just been published and Peter Korpecz, director and global head of Pricewaterhouse Coopers' strategic real estate group, is making Portland one of his first stops to talk about it.

PORTLAND-Pricewaterhouse Coopers’ director Peter Korpecz is in town this week to discuss the latest iteration of the company’s popular annual report on emerging trends in real estate, which examines the impact of September 11, 2001 on the industry.

Korpecz has nearly four decades of experience in real estate appraisal, counseling and research. The report, “The Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2003,” is based on in-depth responses from investment advisors around the country.

Korpecz, head of PWC’s strategic real estate group, is making Portland one of his first stops to discuss the report. The $90 document that will be handed out free-of-charge after his presentation Thursday morning, Dec. 12, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Sponsored by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, admission to the event ranges from $35 for members to $45 for non-members.
