Sills Cummis Adds Two Real Estate Members

NEW YORK CITY-Law firm of Sills Cummis Radin Tischman Epstein & Gross adds two prominent real estate attorneys to its roster, bringing in Lester M. Bliwise and David J. Feit. The duo has signed on as members, resident in the firm’s Manhattan office. Sills Cummis, based in Newark, has been growing its presence nationally, and besides Newark and Manhattan has offices in Atlantic City and San Francisco.

Bliwise has also been named chair of the firm’s Real Estate Finance Group. Prior to joining Sills Cummis, he was a Partner at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, concentrating in real estate acquisitions, investment and finance. Feit, meanwhile, has an active, primarily New York-driven real estate transactions and office/retail leasing practice and joins Sills Cummis from Kriss & Feit P.C.

Among its other practice areas, Sills Cummis supports clients whose primary business is real estate and development, as well as companies whose operations depend heavily on a real estate infrastructure.
