Staffing Firm Joins Stapley Center Lineup

MESA, AZ-A California-based professional staffing firm has leased 4,629 sf of office space in Mesa’s Stapley Center for its East Valley administrative and sales office.

Robert Half International of Pleasanton signed the five-year deal to lease the second floor at the 300,000-sf office complex after about two months of negotiations, Peter Nieman, with Colliers International, tells GlobeSt.com. “It was a good fit for them, ” says Nieman, who represented the tenant in the deal. “ It had a great mix of amenities and the location within the building seemed to fit their business modes.”

The average rental rate at the three-building complex goes for about $20 per sf. The international staffing firm will share space in the two-year-old complex at 1640 S. Stapley Dr. with several big name tenants including the University of Phoenix, Federal Express and JD Power & Associates.

Building owner Denali National Trust of Scottsdale developed the Stapley Center several years ago. Its final construction phase was completed about two years ago.
