NJ Contractor Expands to Office in Center City

PHILADELPHIA-Elizabeth, NJ-based Silcon, Inc., a commercial real estate general contractor, has opened an office in Center City to meet the growing demand for commercial construction in Philadelphia and its suburbs. The office is located at 1537 S. 11th St.

“The need for a presence in this region reflects our growing client base and projects throughout southern New Jersey and Philadelphia,” founder and chief executive officer Carlos J. Silva says in a statement. He says his firm is “aggressively hiring” in the Philadelphia market for all facets of company operations.

Silcon provides turnkey project support from design through occupancy using in-house personnel for new and renovated commercial properties, primarily at the upper end of the office and large-scale multifamily residential markets.
