Cushman & Wakefield Name New Associate Director

DALLAS-Cushman & Wakefield has announced the promotion of Lawrence Gardner to associate director in the company’s downtown Dallas office.

Last year, he spearheaded the TXU Energy Trading Group move from Houston to Dallas, a transaction that accounts for 10% of all leasing activity in downtown for 2000.

Senior Managing Director Liz Trocchio says Gardner “is an example of the type of broker Cushman & Wakefield is looking to employ and mentor.” In addition to deeming him a “rising star,” Trocchio adds, “he has without a doubt proven to be the best of the best; keeping with our company’s strategic plan.”

This is Gardner’s third year with the firm. He left a position as a leasing agent in Trammell Crow Company’s Dallas office to join Cushman. “My goal,” Gardner attests, “is to be one of the best brokers at this firm and in this city.
