Timberline Courts New Users with Free Seminars

BEAVERTON, OR-To promote its new property management software product, publicly traded Timberline Software Corp. is holding a series of free seminars across the country through the end of the year.

Timberline says it will outline how the company’s newly released product can empower property asset managers and other real estate professionals “to seamlessly integrate property management and accounting data to prepare forecasts and valuations of lease-based commercial, industrial and retail property.” The two-hour, interactive sessions, scheduled in 20 cities across the country through December 12, 2001, “will demonstrate a fast, accurate way to determine market values, forecast cash flow and perform any number of lease-based property analyses.”

Investment Management, powered by the Cougar Property System(R), was designed specifically for the real estate investment community including owners, investors, lenders, developers, asset managers, portfolio managers advisors and property appraisers. Key features of the software include tools that assist in modeling multiple scenarios for valuation, forecasting, lease analysis, investment analysis, and developing and redevelopment feasibility. Additional features encompass budgeting, asset management and portfolio management.
