Stewart Names Execs To Top Michigan Posts

DETROIT-Houston-based Stewart Title Guaranty Co. has appointed Tony Viviani as vice president, Michigan district manager and counsel, and Allan Dick as Michigan underwriting officer. Viviani will oversee all operations and agency systems in the state ofMichigan, and Dick will provide statewide agency residential and commercial underwriting services.

Viviani was most recently associate regional counsel for LandAmerica Financial Group and also served as vice president of LandAmerica’s tax-deferred exchange company. He had previously worked for the Lawyers Title agency department and for Chicago Title and Trust.

Dick most recently served as chief operating officer and commercial operations manager for First Michigan Title. He had previously held posts with First American Title Insurance Co. in underwriting, training and national account manager, and with Ticor and Transamerica.

Stewart has nine offices in the metro area.
