Legacy Partner Appoints Regional VP

DENVER-Peter Llorente, previously regional vice president for Catlin Properties Inc., has been named to the same post at Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. He will manage area acquisitions and development and oversee several local projects, among them:

* Legacy Plaza, a 24-story, 290,000-sf building in Downtown.

* A 10-story, 290,000-sf, class-A office tower in the Central Platte Valley at the edge of the CBD that will break ground in October.

* Mountain View Corporate Center, a four-building, 480,000-sf office development in Broomfield, MI along the US 36 corridor between Boulder and Denver.

A 17-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, at Catlin Llorente was responsible for the development of several high-profile projects including the first two phases of Crossroads at Meridian, a 240,000-sf office complex in the Meridian International Business Park in Douglas County and El Dorado Ridge, a three-building, 330,000-sf office complex in Broomfield.
