BEDFORD, TX-Ole! The 42,221-sf Don Pablo’s headquarters in Bedford has come off the market and is in the portfolio of Ft. Worth-based Klabzuba Properties. The asking price had been $4.9 million.

William G. Behr, vice president of Trammell Crow Co.’s Ft. Worth office, says the 7.9-acre site had been up for sale for at least six months. “It’s high quality and it’s a great office,” Behr tells GlobeSt.com. Don Pablo’s headquarters team was shifted some time ago to Madison, GA, where its owner, Avado Brands Inc. is located.

Behr negotiated the sale for Don Pablo’s. David Washington of the Centra Group in Ft. Worth represented the buyer, who also owns its CBD office at 930 First St.

The class A structure was a build to suit for Don Pablo’s. Situated at 3901 Texas 121, the office building has freeway visibility.

Avado bought Don Pablo’s about two years ago. The 20-year-old Georgia restaurateur also owns the Canyon Cafe, Hops and McCormick & Schmick’s chains. Don Pablo’s has 132 eateries in 22 states.

In another Trammell Crow deal, Computalog USA Inc. leased 8,002 sf at the Ridglea Bank Building, situated at 6300 Ridglea Place. Nanci Johnson-Plump negotiated the lease on the tenant’s behalf while Matt Mildren, also a Trammell Crow broker, acted for the building owner, Prescott Realty Group.
